Shipping Policy

Campingmoon is committed to delivering products to our partners efficiently, safely, and in accordance with international trade standards. Shipping methods and lead times depend on order size, product type, and destination.

Standard Parcel Shipping

  • Small and medium-sized parcels are typically shipped within 1–7 business days from the nearest distribution center or the point of origin.

  • Common carriers include UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, China Post, or other equivalent express services.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided to customers upon dispatch of goods.

Large & Bulky Item Shipping

  • Items considered oversized, heavy, or requiring special handling cannot be shipped via standard parcel services.

  • For such orders, air freight or sea freight will be arranged. Customers must contact their Campingmoon sales representative for shipping quotations, transit time estimates, and documentation requirements.

  • Delivery lead times for sea or air freight will vary depending on port of departure, customs clearance, and final destination.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer of goods to the carrier, in accordance with Incoterms agreed upon at purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import clearance procedures unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Any damage incurred during transit must be reported directly to the carrier. Carrier acknowledgment of damage should be noted on the bill of lading prior to unloading.
