Return Policy
Campingmoon is committed to supporting our wholesale and distribution partners with premium-quality outdoor gear. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact your assigned Campingmoon sales representative to arrange a return.
Campingmoon products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty coverage periods are as follows:

Camping Stoves, Fire Pits, Smart Stands, Grill Racks & Core Outdoor Equipment: Warranted for a period not exceeding 12 months from the original invoice date, unless otherwise specified.

Gas & Electrical Components (valves, igniters, regulators, adapters, etc.): Warranted for a period of 3 months from the original invoice date. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or requires replacement parts, Campingmoon must be notified within 3 working days of receipt.

Cutting Tools & Sharp Accessories (cutters, blades, tips, etc.): Warranted against premature breakage for a period of 90 days from the original invoice date.

Cookware, Tableware & Camping Accessories: Warranted for a period of 6 months, not to exceed 12 months from the invoice date.
Except as expressly stated herein, Campingmoon shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue or profits, damage or loss of other property, transportation costs, replacement costs, or claims from end customers. Failures resulting from operator misuse, improper assembly, exposure to extreme weather, negligence, accidents, or lack of proper maintenance are excluded from warranty coverage.
Claim Procedure

The customer must notify Campingmoon of any warranty claim by contacting their designated sales representative.

A complete claim description must be provided, and all required information submitted in a timely manner.

Campingmoon’s after-sales team will review the claim and issue a written decision on the claim status.

All products returned to Campingmoon must retain their original labels and be securely packaged for transport. Warranty coverage will be void if goods are damaged due to improper packaging, negligence, or third-party carrier mishandling.
Refund Policy
Upon receipt of returned goods, Campingmoon will conduct an inspection and issue written confirmation of receipt. The customer will be informed whether the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed using the original payment method. The time required for funds to be credited depends on the policies of the card issuer or payment provider.
Shortage / Damage Claims

Notification of shortages, damages, or incorrect order fulfillment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt.

Claims exceeding 3 months from invoice date will not be honored.

Buyers are required to file claims for damage in transit directly with the carrier. Before unloading, any visible damage must be acknowledged by the carrier’s agent on the bill of lading. Formal claims must include this acknowledgment in order to be considered valid.

Should minor variations exist between delivered products and catalog images or prior purchases, but with no effect on function, we encourage our partners to consult with their sales representative before initiating a return.
