The Mini Roaster S-size US-1312 has a special heat-resistant mesh in the lower section that transforms flames into gentle heat, allowing it to cook ingredients thoroughly. It’s perfect for cooking mushrooms, vegetables, and even rice balls and seaweed, which become deliciously crispy. Of course, it’s also recommended for toasting bread, making it even more flavorful.

The upper (grill) and lower (mesh) sections are removable, allowing you to use them according to your needs. It’s made of corrosion-resistant and durable 18-8 stainless steel (SUS304) and can also be used as a burner pad.
